Board Design, Radio Board Design Team in Kista is now looking for a Senior Specialist in RX Design. Your role will include development activities such as: Early phase concept studies, requirement analysis, link budget tool development input, algorithm analysis and development input. Our focus is on Quality and Efficient ways of working. We prioritize multi-functional development teams with continuous improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing in daily work.
What you will do
* Influence strategic technical leadership
* Perform new radio platform analysis and requirement handling in early phase studies
* Develop or influence product and platform dimensioning tools (link-budget)
* Support with expertise in troubleshooting and customer support activities
* Involved in continuous improvements of products and processes
* Develop key competences in technical domain and share knowledge with designers.
You will bring
* Education: MSc or BSc with similar experience,
* Minimum 10 years of experience within Radio Design
* Remote Radio and Massive Mimo Radio RF HW design and systemization expertise.
* Link-budget and RF performance allocation expertise for active and passive component and filter requirement calculation and simulations.
* Thorough understanding of dynamic power level algorithms and partitioning of functions in the complete RF chain.
* RF Circuit design and simulation knowledge
* Layout RF design perspective and EM tool knowledge for isolation and signal integrity simulations.
* Demonstrated ability: Break down of high level requirements to component level design level, drive this kind of work and collaborate with both senior and junior designers on System and Design teams.
* Product development knowledge and Product Lifecycle Management knowledge
* Business understanding with sense of Planning and Organizing
* Working with people and networking
* Innovating, adapting and responding to change
* Delivering results and meeting customer expectations
