hela Sverige We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our R&D team in Lund, tasked with developing new solutions and products across Element Logic's various product segments. The R&D team in Lund works on developing software products that optimize warehouse performance. You will be part of the newly established Common Platform Team, mainly focused on developing and providing shared software solutions, libraries, and tools that empower our product teams.
Our focus includes identity and access management solutions, logging and monitoring frameworks, all designed to enhance overall productivity and performance across the company. However, you'll continue to be part of a comprehensive and skilled professional environment, as we have both solution architects in Lund and a well-established R&D department in Norway. You'll play a central role in our R&D department, which consists of approximately 60 individuals across various teams and countries.
As a member of our team, your responsibilities will be:
* Lead analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance of Element Logic Products, ensuring high quality and efficiency.
* Provide technical support to partners and customers, ensuring seamless integration and optimal product use.
* Contribute to enhancing product development processes and engineering practices within R&D.
* Maintain and improve software architecture, code base, and technology platform.
* Offer technical training and support to internal and external stakeholders.
* Fulfill defined departmental responsibilities and personal skill development.
* Represent R&D in customer cases, understanding and addressing their needs.
* Drive team competence development and stay updated on relevant technologies.
* Analyze trends and evaluate technologies for integration into R&D strategy.
We're looking for candidates with:
* An educational background that includes a master's degree or at least a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
* Strong knowledge and extensive experience with modern software engineering practices and tools.
* Good knowledge and experience with agile software development methodology.
* 3-5 years of working experience within software development.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and a Scandinavian language.
