• Ensuring support to all teams and the customers in tracking the issues to Closure

• Code check in activities in GitHub in a corresponding stream available for Sprint release
• Preparing plan for ORT and Participating in Team meetings and Client meetings
• Preparation of various Weekly and Monthly Presentations, Incident Trackers and Problem Reports
• Enhancing Knowledge Management through KEDB and participating sessions within the team
