The position we offer
In this role, you'll be contributing to the delivery of our diversified project portfolio in Wealth Management/Trading Technology. You'll play an important role in making the agile process more efficient through great planning, coaching and management of the daily work in our scrum teams.
You'll become part of the Products IT team providing development services towards our internal customers, Investment Product Operations and Investment Solutions and Advisory Centre. The size and complexity of the projects vary to a large degree, which means that we have a varying need of technical project management capabilities. Besides the regular Scrum master duties, you'll take on the technical project manager role of our larger implementation projects.
What you'll be doing:
• Manage one of our scrum teams.
• Improve the end-to-end process for way of working.
• Identify the most appropriate approach and find a suitable implementation for improvements.
• Manage and support our Scrum Masters offshore in India.
• Support our Product Owners, as well as drive separate initiatives.
• Evaluate the progress and effectiveness of the overall way of working.
• Step in as technical project manager when required.
The role is based in Stockholm. Welcome to a team of 12 local employees and close to 50 offshore consultants. We work fully integrated with our business partner in Investment Product Operations as well as other stakeholders in different units in Nordea.

Your background:
• 3+ years' experience working as a Scrum Master for agile projects.
• Hands-on experience from process improvements in agile projects.
• Project management experience.
• A university degree in a relevant field.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
