Your challenge - and what you can expect
You will be Scrum Master for a team designing the software control systems of Mycronic Pattern Generators. The control software brings our system together and enable high- and reliable performance, with a high uptime of the machine the demand for a reliable software is increasing. Lack of testing platforms, highlights the need for automatic testing and simulators - can you drive the development?
You will collaborate closely with colleagues and partners both globally and internally at the office in Täby.
Your job tasks will concern:
• Plan and coordinate the Software team efforts in multiple projects
• Drive process and methods
• Encourage and drive team to new accomplishments
• Keep the control software coherent with architecture.
• Release planning of control software
• Understanding and breakdown of software requirements to make sure they fulfil the customer needs and captures opportunities to make the product commercially successful
Who you are - and what you will need to succeed

You have a passion for team development, using the best methods and processes to drive development as efficiently as possible.
On top of this, you need:
• B sc. in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or other relevant areas of knowledge
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a scrum master
• Minimum 1-3 years' experience leading teams working with multiple projects
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a software designer
• Minimum 1-3 years' experience with Linux, Java and C
• Experience with Eclipse, Perforce and Jira is a merit
• Experience with software control system, preferable on a large system, is a merit
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
