hela Sverige You could call it a Salesforce Marketing Cloud developer but we're looking for an enabler of customer journeys. We want to offer our travellers personalized journeys driven by important life and travel events. You will be part of the digital team and will have a key role in making this happen.
The digital team together with the marketing department have an end-to-end responsibility from idea to solution and throughout the lifecycle of the deliveries. Together with the team you will:
• ensure the right data from the right place is available and transform it to personalized journeys.
• carry out hands-on development on the platform while supporting marketeers throughout their journey building process.
• continuously improve the journeys, features and ways of working within the team and towards other teams.
• support the organization on the existing features and journeys.
• act as an evangelist for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and continuously strive to release the potential in Salesforce marketing cloud and surrounding systems to meet the needs with the most valuable and efficient solution.
About you
You're passionate about digital marketing and developing solutions on top of the Salesforce ecosystem. You have a strong understanding of best practices, functionality and technical capabilities of Salesforce Marketing Cloud such as developing complex automations in Automation Studio, creating Cloud Pages for multiple channels and building up dynamic, personalized email content in Email Studio.
For this position we are looking for someone with 5+ years of experience from this area, where you have gained thorough knowledge and experience in the following areas.
• Experience in front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Scripting and personalization utilizing Ampscript and SSJS
• Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP)
• Working knowledge of SQL
• Experience with complex data structures, data modelling and databases
• Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification required
• Marketing Cloud Developer certification required
• Understanding of Agile practices and associated tools (Jira/Azure DevOps or similar)
• General understanding and a great interest in key digital marketing trends
