Linkedin is looking for a world-class sales professional who will be responsible for both developing a high performing sales team and generating new business within the Nordic markets, with initial emphasis on Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record and wants to develop and be part of building a winning team in a dynamic, growing organization. This position is a "player/coach" position where the person will have both individual sales targets and team leadership responsibilities. Responsibilities

The Sr. Enterprise Account Executive is a member of the European field sales force and the in-region leader of the Nordics sales team. They are focused on both personally driving new businesses with a focus on Enterprise prospects and managing the efforts of the team in achieving LinkedIn's Hiring Solutions goals in the Nordics.
They exemplify personal drive, determination, process excellence, and high integrity production. They have a track record of proven success in finding, managing, and closing new business autonomously and always operate with the highest of ethical standards. They are strategic in their approach to selling and they have familiarity with formalized sales process. They are analytical in their approach to their opportunities and they are thoughtful in the execution of their strategy. They document their best practices and graciously share their insights with their teammates. They proactively seek out opportunities for growth and invest in making the company stronger. They are a humble student of the game and always strive to improve. They care about the clients' best interests and act as an internal advocate for the client base.
• Working with management in Dublin and London, recruit world class sales professionals
• Lead the Nordics Hiring Solutions team in developing and executing on a strategic plan for the territory
• Lead the team while achieving individual quota
• Create reliable forecasts. Be completely transparent with management on pipeline status.
• Prospect relentlessly to build pipeline
• Build strong personal relationships with prospects
Minimum Requirements
• Demonstrated ability to find, manage, and close high level enterprise business in an evangelistic sales environment
• Experience managing a team of sales professionals, preferably in software
• Proven record of driving results in a high-growth company environment
• A minimum of 6-8 years of applicable experience
• Established reputation as a high integrity top performer
• Speaker of Swedish, working knowledge of Danish a plus and both written and oral fluency in English are required
Desired Requirements
• Working knowledge of another European language
• Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) opportunities
• Experience working in a hyper-growth industry with international complexity
• Experience with Salesforce.com platform
