Do you want to playa vital role in defining and implementing Sales Excellence in an industryleading company, and thus be a crucial individual in creating the leadinglogistics- and communications partner in the Nordics? Then join our NordicSales Excellence Team. The team is responsible for defining and implementing aharmonized sales process in PostNord, including sales tools, KPI's and CRM andto develop our cross border business to be the best in the industry. The teamis strategically important to PostNord and you will act in a senior executiveenvironment.
You have what it takes
You willbe responsible for your own portfolio of projects that benefits the salesresults and create the preconditions for growth in parcels, logistics andcommunication services. You will work in close cooperation with people at alllevels in the sales organizations and in the business areas.
Youprobably have a background as a consultant and/or in sales management. You areexcited about creating results through others performance and to change thepreconditions that makes successes possible.
You are able to translate strategy and vision intoexecution and have a proven ability to identify, facilitate and drivedevelopment initiatives in a complex organization with multiple countryorganizations and business areas.
It is equally important that you thrive with projectmanagement. This calls for your extensive project management experience, goodinterpersonal skills as well as solid stakeholder management capabilities. Youhave an analytical mindset with a structured approach to your tasks.
