Main Function:
Lead the Revenue team to make sure we maximize the overall net revenues for the Clarion Hotel brand in Sweden and Norway, excluding hotels participating in destination cluster in Stockholm, Oslo and Gothenburg. Senior Revenue Manager (SRM) is responsible for the development of the cluster team and all hotels included in the Clarion Hotel Brand Cluster. SRM need to be strategic, analytical, goal oriented with a clear focus on the market position for the Clarion Brand and at the same time show good leadership for the team.
Main focus will be to guide your team on a daily basis and to create conditions within the team to perform above expectation. SRM will be part of the Clarion Hotels management team and is expected to play an important role in the overall strategic plan for the whole Clarion brand. You will together with your team optimize revenue, both transient and group, through strategic planning, pricing and overall commercial awareness. Daily yielding- selling the right product to the right customer at the right time for the right price. Know your market- observe competitors rates and campaigns in various channels. Monitor optimization system through forecast validation and analyze the results to make correct recommendations. Optimize overall business mix for the hotels according to brand/destination/cluster strategies and managing the relationship with sales and marketing.
The position as SRM involves travelling in both Norway and Sweden.
Reports to Brand Senior Revenue Manager Nordic Choice.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree. Relevant experience can compensate.
• Experience from Revenue Management.
• Analytical, structured and result oriented.
• Leadership skills.
• Energy, courage and enthusiasm.
