We are now looking for a senior researcher to join our team in Lund.
Our team is at the forefront of ICT research and development. We work with topics on connected software- and data-intensive systems; examples of topcs are the safety of AI/ML, open data, quality assurance, trusted execution, IoT security, empirical software engineering, among others. We perform applied research, technology transfer as well as innovation projects. Results are disseminated through our partnership as well as through testbeds, demonstrators, and scientific publications.
We are looking for senior researchers to strengthen our team in Lund. We want to expand our research group with more cooperation both with universities as well as the regional ecosystem.
Position
You will be expected to independently carry out projects in close cooperation with industrial and academic partners, both publicly funded projects as well as direct assignments with industry. You will be part of the application process as well as leading projects and activities. You will work in a passionate team with a lot of individual freedom.
Who are you?
We are looking for a senior researcher with previous experience from research as well as leading research projects or similar experience from the industry. You enjoy both research as well as leadership and interacting with practitioners.
The following non-exhaustive list shows areas of expertise which are of particular interest for the position:
PhD degree in software or computer engineering or related topic
Important areas: software, system-of-systems, safety, quality assurance, cybersecurity, communication, AI/ML
Demonstrated ability to write successful research project proposals
Experience of working on large-scale research projects with demonstrated leadership skills
Work experience from the private sector
