Alligator Bioscience is looking for a Scientist with a strong background in the development of protein based therapies within oncology.
Alligator Bioscience uses its proprietary FIND® technology (Fragment INduced Diversity) to discover and develop protein based drug candidates within oncology and inflammatory diseases. Alligator Bioscience consists of 20 highly skilled persons working closely together on our projects and we are located in Lund, Sweden.
YOUR EXPECTATIONS
• You will be responsible for identification and prioritization of new therapeutic targets for the treatment in oncology by developing research programs
• You will be responsible for actively facilitating, establishing and driving external contacts and collaborations relevant for the success of the research projects
• You will be responsible for independently planning and conducting of laboratory work within our research projects
• You will be actively engaged in all aspects of drug discovery including proof of concept in animals
OUR EXPECTATIONS
• You are a PhD with several years of postdoctoral experience from the industry, and you have experiences in research involving relevant in vivo models, in vitro mechanistic studies
• You are experienced in formulating "cutting-edge hypothese", planning and conducting research projects, and you have an excellent ability to summarize and present results in reports, at conferences, in scientific journals
• Furthermore we expect that you are innovative, flexible and have high quality standards. It is important that you are a team worker with strong problem solving skills. Our company language is English
