What You Will Do:
• Be an important part of a team that's not just constructing a new facility but is also laying the groundwork for a future of limitless automotive excellence.
• Engage deeply with the local community, including schools and events, creating lasting impacts beyond the factory.
• As a Senior Recruiter in Kosice, you're more than a recruiter; you're the face of our brand, playing a vital role in our global talent acquisition strategy.
• Collaborate closely with the Human Resources department and global stakeholders.
• Build and maintain a talent pool, ensuring a strong pipeline for future recruitments.
• Take complete charge of the recruitment cycle, from sourcing talent globally to facilitating candidate evaluations and onboarding.
Who You Are:
• Hold a university degree in HR or a related field.
• Possess several years of recruitment experience, especially valuable if within a global company.
• Experience in roles within the automotive manufacturing sector, especially in a global context.
• Local knowledge for talent scouting, including connections with universities and employment agencies.
• Proven ability to independently manage a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO).
• Fluent in English and Slovakian, both spoken and written.
• Your personality is crucial - we value passion, engagement, and a desire to contribute to our work culture.
• High integrity, exceptional communication, outstanding stakeholder management, and collaborative skills.
• Comfortable and driven in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
