hela Sverige Publiceringsdatum2024-01-15ArbetsuppgifterWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Recruiter. You will play an important role in partnering with senior-level stakeholders across multiple areas of expertise to drive and execute the talent acquisition strategy in line with our business goals.
You will be responsible for owning and delivering on senior-level searches, as well as building, maintaining, and leading global talent acquisition projects. Additionally, you will coach and mentor junior team members, participate in talent acquisition projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
Responsibilities:
• Partner effectively with senior-level stakeholders, spanning multiple domains
• Take full accountability for the performance and results of senior-level searches
• Drive and execute the talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives
• Build, maintain, and own extensive global talent acquisition projects
• Coach and mentor junior team members within the talent acquisition organization
• Participate in at least one talent acquisition project
• Collaborate with PX Partners and Finance partners teams to drive operational effectiveness through process improvements based on data, beliefs, and insights
• Work closely with business leaders to identify challenges and provide solutions
• Easily handle Director+ level searches
• Take on TA Lead responsibilities as needed (TA partner role can be an expansion of the Senior Recruiter role)
Core Competencies:
• Have a deep understanding of the talent acquisition philosophy and strategy to define and measure impactful projects
• Support the onboarding of others and bring ideas to life
• Provide frequent feedback with honesty and empathy to mentor junior team members
• Proactively utilize recruitment data to advise the business and identify potential problems in advance
• Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership within the organization
• Exhibit the ability to work independently and seek innovative solutions when facing challenges
• 5-10 years of experience in recruitment
