As a Software Quality Assurance Analyst, you will focus on providing feedback and performing thorough testing of the product. This is to ensure we deliver the top performing and intuitive product to customers, thereby improve our Customer experience. You are expected to develop a thorough understanding of the Company software ecosystem, QA tools and processes as well as constantly stay up to date with the Company product development.

You will be part of a global quality assurance analyst team with team members in USA, Malaysia, China and Sweden and you will work closely with the Global Head of QA.
WHO WE BELIEVE YOU ARE
In order to fit the role as Quality Assurance Analyst we believe you are a social and communicative individual with an eye for details and have a strong interest for testing. While you collaborate well, you also work independently, using analytical and technical skills to ensure you deliver the best possible quality product to customers. We are looking for a dedicated individual to provide testing assistance to our internal and external users on the CET Platform. To succeed in this role, you should have a problem-solving attitude along with the ability to understand clear technical instructions. In addition to being quality driven, you should also have the ability ensure that the product meet the specification and requirements of the users. This helps reduce problems and errors in the final product.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Quality assurance of graphical design system modules (CET, Configura, myconfigura) and document reports detailing the results of test activities
Work as a QA Lead of projects, define the test strategy and manage the testing activities within the project
Communicate with subject matter experts or stakeholders to better understand the requirements
Come up with suggestions to the product development, QA tools and processes
Create test plans and test cases based upon software requirements
Finding defects or bugs through manual testing with the aid of an automated test tool
Work with the development team to analyze and resolve defects
Collaborate with teams from Europe, North America, and Asia
Provide training and support when required
Assist in documentation writing for example software requirement, help document or process documentation when required
Job requirements
Bachelor's Degree of Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent.
Experience in web testing.
Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Interest in user interface/user experience.
Experience in using AutoCAD, Solidworks , or any other 3D design or modeling software.
Experience in writing software requirement specifications.
Knowledge of graphics cards and operating systems.
Experience in agile development processes such as Scrum or Kanban.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Excellent problem analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution skills.
Meticulous, systematic, and well-organized individual.
Strong team focus, flexible, and able to multi-task.
