What you'll do
The group you will lead is a team of 10 talented purchasers. We have a highly open and energetic work environment where we support each other and continuously strive for improvement and welcome new and creative ideas. Our focus is mainly within propulsion energy management systems, such as cooling, exhaust and HV batteries. We collaborate in a global surrounding with major stakeholders such as Research and Development, Manufacturing Engineering, SQM, After Market and Design to manage sourcing activities, supplier-, market-, spend analysis and contract management in the best possible way.
You will also:
* Team deliveries in accordance with procurement priorities, targets and business plan
* Develop, support and coach both the individual employees and the team
* Human Resource responsibility for the group with tasks such as:
* Competence development and career planning
* Recruitment and new employee introduction
* Salary setting
* Overall responsible for supplier base and strategy development
* Cooperation with internal as well as external contacts
Do you fit the profile?
To succeed in this role, we believe that you have; commercial, or technical university degree, or equivalent professional working experience. You have leadership experience, work life experience from positions where negotiation and customer and/or supplier contact is a common task and you are proficient in English, both spoken and written.

To be successful in this role you are a person interested in coaching and developing people and teams. You can inspire people around you and have an internal driving force that motivates you in your daily work. You are team oriented with a holistic approach and you enjoy working with tasks where you use your communicative and pedagogical skills. You can lead the team and strive to reduce the hurdles for them to get things done and at the same time challenge the team and the surrounding organization with respect. You have a structured way of working and like to plan in a strategic way. But most important - you know that a team in balance is the key to success!
