Adiga AB started in 2010 as an engineering consulting firm working towards the industry, with main focus on construction- and development projects.

Over the years we have been growing and today we are working within the areas Automotive, Control Systems, Industry, Purchasing and Recruitment. This vacancy is positioned within the Purchasing area, which means you will be a part of our consultancy section.

What are the duties?

To be responsible for the purchasing process of production materials, indirect materials and services. Plan and coordinate procurement, prepare requests for quotation, evaluate, negotiate and sign contracts with supliers.

Lead strategic sourcing projects aiming at reducing cost of purchased material Manage cross functional teams consisting of people from purchasing, product development, logistics, manufacturing and sales & marketing Ensure good understanding within the purchasing team of the needs in the business, search for and select the most competitive suppliers, define strong bid strategies, manage RFQ processes, develop negotiation strategy and conduct well-prepared fact based negotiations

Qualifications

Project management min 5 years experience.

Experience from the automotive indudstry and purchasing of direct material

Fluent in English

University degree in Business Administration and/or Engineering

Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead cross functional teams on a global basis

Excellence in communication, facilitation and stakeholder management

Excellence in MS Project and Excel
