• At least 10 years of relevant experience from Procurement challenges, preferably within
automotive/manufacturing/energy /process/ Oil and Gas industry
• Have proven leadership skills for negotiation, performance management,
influencing, and teamwork skills to meet customer and project objectives
• Excellent client interface skills and ability to drive in business development
• Knowledge of legal aspects related to contract negotiation and execution
• Fluent in the Swedish and English language, both written and spoken
• Experienced with project management tools like Primavera, MS Project, Excel and Word
Incopia is seeking self-motivated individuals who have a strong logistics, demand and supply planning, and supply chain analytics background to initiate, sell, and execute procurement projects for our clients. The individual will be responsible for project development and managing assignments and projects of various sizes that may include strategic purchasing, operational purchasing and competence lead and technology.
As a senior purchaser or logistics at Incopia you will act as the customers representative and be responsible for initiate, manage and completion of procurement and purchasing services within the automotive/energy/process/product development industry. In your role you will act independently as well as lead teams of employees and consultants. You will be in direct contact with customers, suppliers, consultantfirms on a daily basis.
A target goal for the Incopia consultant is to ensure that all projects are efficiently managed, with a great-level of quality to the client. Other objectives are to meet contract requirements, timeplans, budget and will form key responsibilities of the Ingenio consultant. The role requires a skilled person with good practical experience and good understanding of both commercial and technical side of large supply chain objectives. Ingenio is looking for several experienced, enthusiastic and highly dynamic Supply Chain Specialists to join the team.
