MultiMind is currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to a global telecom company at their headquarter in Stockholm.
In this exciting leadership role you will use your deep understanding of project and client management tools and methodologies to lead a large-scale telecom company. At all times you commit yourself to maintain an environment that promotes individual development and high performance standards.
YOUR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Establish project and decompose the defined project scope to clear project goals.
• Secure resources and right level of authority to ensure that the project can be executed and deliver from start to end with the right competence and according to time, budget and functionality.
• Lead the project members and subproject managers from different Business Areas. Lead their work and provide feedback and remove obstacles when needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
• At least 5 years working experience as a project manager from IT and/or telecom whereof 3 years managing projects with moderate complexity.
• Work fluently in English, both in written and verbal.
• Experiences from business decision and control processes to be able to build strong business cases.
• Leading projects in an international environment (e.g. leading people from or in other countries and cultures.)
• Managing interpersonal challenges.
• Delivery of high impact presentations to a tough executive audience.
