Senior Project Manager
We are currently looking to strengthen our organization with a Senior Project Managers within R&D Implant Systems. The position is located at our site in Mölndal, Sweden and you will report directly to the Senior Manager Project Management R&D Implant Systems.
Description
As a Senior Project Manager you will hold a key position within R&D Implant Systems leading our medical device development projects. You will work in a global environment with cross-functional teams in several countries. Timely execution and a good understanding of how to manage these remote teams are important success factors.
You will in your daily work;
• as a Senior Project Manager, define, plan and execute R&D pipeline related projects
• as a Senior Project Manager, be accountable for relevant project deliverables
• as a Project Team Leader, build the team, secure competences and resources and support the team members
• as a PMO representative, contribute to regular analysis of R&D pipeline and portfolios, further develop workflows and tools focusing medical device development projects
Qualifications
For this role in a truly global business environment, we look for qualified candidates with a relevant background. The position requires a university degree in engineering including project management or an equivalent professional background. The typical profile for this position is an action oriented engineer with a combined theoretical and practical approach and with the ability to lead and act. Personal characteristics are analytical skills, attention to details, efficient decision making and ability to handle complex topics in a proactive manner. We believe that you are a successful team leader and a good communicator, in both Swedish and English.
