Laird Technologies Gothenburg is now looking to strengthen the team with a Senior Project Manager.
As Project Manager you make sure your assigned projects are being delivered on time, in line with our customer demands and within the agreed costs.
In Gothenburg you will join an diverse, international team of engineers that work closely with our colleagues in the US, China and the Czech Republic. We have an open company culture where curiosity and cooperation are the key words. As a team we are responsible for new product development from concept to final product and consists of project managers, mechanical and electrical engineers as well as testing and prototyping personnel and other organizational functions.
Requirements
• Excellent program time management skill and leadership skills.
• Exhibit understanding of the cross-functional relationships between inter-company groups and the expertise required for project or program completion.
• Experience in managing business process development, planning and negotiations.
• Good communication skills, both oral and written in English. German is a plus.
• Ability to motivate, facilitate cross functional team members in international, multi-cultural Environment.
• Attention to detail, drive for results.
• Deonstrated skill in Microsoft Excel and Project
Your Background
We would love to see that you have a Bachelor or Master degree in a related field, and 5+ year working experience in a similar role. You have knowledge and experience in manufacturing processes and cooling systems.
