hela Sverige Do you want to lead the modernization of industrial facilities within Lantmännen Unibake? Do you have experience of successfully managing large-scale industrial construction projects? Then you might be what we are looking for in the role as Senior Project Manager.
Lantmännen Unibake is Northern Europe's largest manufacturer of frozen and fresh bakery products for retail and food service markets, with customers all over the world. In this role, you will be given a unique opportunity to be part of something all the way from the drawing board to implementation and production.
This is what you will do
As a Senior Project Manager at Lantmännen Unibake, your primary responsibilities will be to drive pre-studies and implementation of large-scale investment projects, including the establishment of both greenfield and brownfield projects. Your role involves complete project management activities, from the pre-study phase to handover to the operations organization.
This involves defining the scope of work and deliverables, as well as ensuring the availability of necessary resources for project completion. You will be in charge of coordinating project engineering activities associated with CAPEX investments for new facilities, production lines, and asset acquisitions. This role involves budgetary responsibility and effectively managing time, costs, and project scope to achieve the project objectives. As part of your responsibilities, you will also lead contractual negotiations.
A crucial aspect of your role will be to coordinate and align efforts across the entire project, between both the global and local organizations (e.g. commercial, finance, operations), as well as subcontractors such as key machinery providers.
The position is organized in the Swedish organization and primarily based in the Örebro site, although it will require travel to other sites within Unibake, and might also open up opportunities for global projects. You report to Operations Director at Unibake Sweden and Operations Development Director at Unibake International.
This is what you need to succeed:
You have:
- A relevant academic degree, preferably in engineering.
- Several years of experience from international large-scale industrial construction projects, preferably within the food industry.
- Proven record in managing cross functional business projects with high performance teams.
- Experience with contractual negotiations.
- Well developed competencies in planning, implementing and leading change initiatives.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

- Analytical and capable of putting strategy into structure and structure into action
