We are looking for a new Senior Project Manager for our European team
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with people management skills and business acumen. We think you have a genuine interest in value-based leadership where Tacton's values, Engaged, Collaborative and Courageous are key.
In this role, you will be responsible for helping customers achieve business value faster and progress on their journey towards SMART COMMERCE for Manufacturing. This means helping them leverage Tacton CPQ to transform their business and engage with their customers in whole new ways.
You will be responsible for customer deliveries and lead both on-site and virtual project teams with members in any of our offices. Your responsibilities include ensuring that projects are completed in time and within budget, and that they meet strategic and business goals.
As a Senior Project Manager, you maintain a close dialogue with your customers, the project team, and internal stakeholders. You also support the sales teams, producing estimates and proposals for different projects.
At the end of the day, you deliver enhanced customer value, accelerated sales, improved operational efficiency, and ultimately an expansion of the Tacton's footprint.
Who are you?
We believe that you are a business-oriented project manager with a consultative approach who has control over project financials. You are equally interested in developing your customer's business and project methodology. With great leadership skills, you put the development of your project team in focus with dedication and clear communication.
We are looking for a person that
• Has a few years of experience as a Project Manager, within the software industry is a plus.
• Owns the execution of each project phase, from initiation and planning to launch and retrospectives.
• Has business acumen and a drive to deliver on time and budget.
• Is a team player who puts the team first.
• Has experience with Agile implementation methodologies.
• Has excellent written and verbal communication in English.
