We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager who will take full responsibility on the projects to deliver by.and will play an important role with regards to renewal and up to sale.
As a Senior Project Manager you will manage and keep day-to-day control on Artificial Solutions' new build and maintenance projects for customers and/or partners. This means pro-active anticipation on issues and management of any changes in requirement and/or scope. You will prepare a plan and pre-requisites to deliver projects on time, within budget, while meeting profitability targets and achieving high level of customer satisfaction.
The position will focus upon:
• Ensuring that the project is delivered according to the contractual scope, on time, within budget and with quality while adhering to corporate processes and guidelines.
• Ensuring the project profitability, quality of deliverables and client satisfaction while ensuring that up-sell and cross-sell opportunities are clearly identified.
• Planning, documenting, coordinating, and supervising all delivery aspects of projects to the customer.
• Planning and documenting the various phases, activities and tasks for project control and reports all project costs and activities.
• Setting and effectively managing customer's expectations of technology. Working with and presenting information to client management and executives.
• Active participation in pre-sales and leading preparation of proposal (SOW) , project scoping & estimation, proposal creation, contract preparations
Experience:
• At least 7+ years of proven project management experience and proven knowledge of project management disciplines and project finance management.
• Prior experience with software development methodologies, and formalized project management certification by Industry Institute preferred.
• Proven track record in delivering projects on time and within budget in a competitive market.
• Previous experience with management of subcontractors.
• A very good technology understanding.
• Previous working experience in Contact Center / Customer Services industry is a plus.

• Strong work ethic and excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• You have an intercultural sensitivity and are able to mix well and work with international teams.
Languages:
• Swedish: Native
• English: Fluent
• High command of one or more other European languages is a PLUS
