We are looking for a program/project manager to drive our major pan-European software implementation initiatives.

The role

As program manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the delivery of the various large European System deliveries we have on our ambitious road map. You will be the key person in our next journey of AniCura.

You will be responsible for prioritizing project resources, managing contractors and ensuring the cost and timelines of projects are according to plan.

As Project Manager you will be responsible for the execution of key initiatives through all phases of the defined projects.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Plan our major software delivery programs, including defining scope, budget, governance structure and stake holder identification
• Manage and coordinate project resources, both internally and with external partners to ensure project delivery during both the planning and execution phase
• Up to the end of 2020, the role will be focused on leading the pan European roll-out of our chosen ERP, Oracle

You will report to the CIO. Our head office is in Stockholm but you can also be based in any of our country offices throughout Europe (Copenhagen, Oslo, Amsterdam, Munich, Milano, Madrid). Extensive travelling is required at times. The role is permanent working full time.

Who are you?

You have several years of experience in driving and leading large and complex software implementation projects in a multi-country environment in Europe. Prior experience with an ERP roll-out is a plus. You are execution-oriented and can motivate your colleagues and team to go the extra mile. You enjoy working in a start up mode and build ways of working as you go. You are a team-oriented person sharing our passion to shape the future of veterinary care, together. You are creative, open-minded and willing to work on many tasks at the same time, both high and low.

You are expected to have:

• Several years of experience in driving large programs rolling out software solutions on a large scale in a multi country context
• Experience in roll out of large ERP solutions
• Experienced in driving projects according to best practice project models
• University degree in Engineering, business development or equivalent
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent English, both verbal & written
• Knowledge in other European languages is a plus (German, French, Spanish etc.)

You are a driven, efficient, communicative leader with interest in both the larger aim for each project, as well as the details for a perfect solution and smooth deploy.
