hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Acne Studios AB i Stockholm Acne Studios is recruiting Senior Production Manager with the task of delivering high quality production for the designated RTW categories for both women- and menswear including special- and one-off projects. You will lead the process from order placement until final production is delivered to the warehouse within drop precision assuring the company's standard and goals for sustainability, quality, margins and deliveries. This is a role where you will get the opportunity to develop close partnerships with different departments and suppliers while actively contributing to high-end quality collections in a progressive fashion house.
The role
This is a role that entails leading and managing your team and ensuring set goals and targets are met. As a senior production manager you are responsible for season planning and key production deliver deadlines. Further, you are to analyze general production lead-time and define pre-booking needs with production control manager to reach requested delivery drops. This includes managing supplier capacity by anticipating and ensuring a well-balanced production dispatch across factories. You will be responsible to oversee all shipment samples check and maintaining strong partnership with suppliers. Also, ensure production related information remains accurate in relevant internal systems (PLM and AX). You will report to Production Director RTW and belong to the Product & Design department. Your team will consist of five people therefore the ability to lead, motivate and develop your team members is a must.
This is a temporary position during a parental leave, full time throughout approximately 1 year, starting in February 2024.
You
We are looking for someone with an academic degree from business school and/or textile education, with a minimum of 7 years' experience within production preferably from high-end fashion brands. You have an understanding of quality- and production processes and high end-garment construction. You have high aspirations and understand the importance of excellence. You act with integrity at all times and have a natural ability to influence and build trust. You value simplicity over complexity and are guided by impact rather than prestige. You are pragmatic and hands-on and get things done. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where flexibility and teamwork are highly valued. And ideally, you enjoy working in a creative international environment with a wide range of personalities.
