We are growing rapidly and we are now looking for a Senior Product Manager
As our Senior Product Manager your main job is to identify what the key problems are that we should be looking to solve. It is not your job to come up with the solutions, but rather engage our two designers, six developers and marketing department to generate the best solutions. To enjoy and thrive in this role we think it is important you have a keen interest in understanding users, not just from a qualitative side but also quantitative. Because as you know, what people say and what they actually do are usually two separate things
What will you do
Lead the Product team
Plan and conduct user research
Analyze our user data
Hold workshops with the team to share insights and align
Prioritize the product roadmap
Evaluate the impact of implemented features
Skills needed
Has 3+ years of PM / PO experience working with a consumer app (e.g. game companies like King, Rovio or utilities like Spotify, Klarna, Avanza, Voi etc.), engaging with designers and developers
Has 1+ years in a role or project heavily related to understanding customers / users (for example marketing, branding, UX etc.)
Has a degree in an analytical field or has worked hands-on with analyzing user data or experience in product analytics tools such as Mixpanel

About Yepstr
Yepstr is Sweden's largest platform for simple and safe teenage-jobs like babysitting, tutoring and dog-minding. Our vision is to help 100 million young people to their first jobs by 2030, and in doing that we will help lower youth unemployment and help bridge the gap to adulthood.
We are currently 15 full-time employees, but with all of our Young Entrepreneurs that work via Yepstr every day then we are in fact thousands. We view them all as our colleagues.
