hela Sverige Due to expanded area of responsibility we are recruiting for a Senior Product Manager, Acoustics Implant, in our Marketing department. The role will be located in CBAS office in Gothenburg. The role includes management of the current implant portfolio (Carina, MET, Codacs) as well as development of future implant systems.
Your tasks will include:
• Lead Product Management's participation in development of new products and concepts.
• Management responsibility to plan, lead, and execute product and service launches.
• Management responsibility to monitor and understand the market and customers.
• Management responsibility to plan, lead and execute post launch activities.
As we grow our Acoustics Implant business, we are looking for people with highly specialised skills and capabilities who share our passion for delivering quality hearing solutions to our customers.

Relevant degree, most likely within engineering, marketing or business administration.
Demonstrated skills in leading very complex product management projects, preferably in a global company.
Regional or global marketing experience.
Experience from working with B2C and B2B marketing projects.
Experience in high-tech industries from Hearing implants, Hearing aids, Med-tech / health care related is a must.
Demonstrated leadership skills.
Ability to work independently, see possibilities, solve problems and overcome challenges.
The ability to solve problems and collaborate to get work done that delivers benefit to Cochlear's customers.
A responsible attitude to working safely and building a safety culture.
A commitment to lifelong learning and development.
