The Senior Product Development Manager will be mainly responsible for:
Recruiting and leading the R&D team of over 20 technical staff, including product development scientists and QA/QC specialists
Drive the development and manufacture of CE-mark, FDA-approved products, adhering to strict timelines
Acting as the scientific subject expert and the Head of Department for the R&D team, providing product development guidance
Providing regular product manufacturing, associated reports to the Chief Scientific Officer
Requirements:
At least 7 years experience in development, preferably 10 years in industry
Team leader, with track record of leading technical product development teams of 20 + staff
Knowledge of FDA regulations and CE-mark requirements.
Previous experience in managing product development projects in industry.
