As a Senior Product Designer, your user-friendly designs will be utilized and loved by millions of Truecaller users to improve their trust in everything related to mobile communications. We're looking for someone enthusiastic to join our iOS team, who is responsible for crafting iOS mobile app experiences at Truecaller. This team is at the heart of innovation at Truecaller, developing new features and experiences for our iOS consumers. So come join us and share your talents with all of our users worldwide!
What do we expect from you
Experience in designing for a mobile platform (preferably iOS)
You're a great communicator. You can build and create frameworks, facilitate product teams during product discovery with structured workshops, and brainstorm initial design concepts.
We are looking for someone with an impressive portfolio of mobile product design and a proven ability to learn new things.
Good understanding of iOS and user behavioral patterns.
Proficiency in Figma/Sketch/XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other equivalent interface design and wire-framing tools.
What will you work on
You'll bring in design thinking and partner closely with product and engineering to design, test, and launch products that will help our consumers on iOS communicate safely during their day-to-day life.
You will be involved in diagnosing and understanding the pain points in the customer journey of various segments of Truecaller consumers.
Be autonomous. You'll take full ownership of your work, and take responsibility for every last detail, every step of the consumer journey.
You will be nimble and work in an Agile team A/B testing to optimize learning and be willing to iterate your solutions and designs.
You will have opportunities to collaborate with other BU teams within the organization to improve the overall consumer experience.
It would be great if you also have
Good grasp of basics of good visual design like typography, grids, spacing and rhythm in interface design.
Deep understanding of Apple Human Interface Guidelines for mobile devices.
Awareness of the distinct design patterns and user preferences in markets like India. 'How many people know swipe, long press' - if this question crosses your mind while designing, you are already there!
Used the Truecaller application and strong appreciation for the problem Truecaller solves for its hundreds of millions of users.
