hela Sverige Quixel is looking for a highly motivated Senior Producer to join our growing team.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to
• Organize, schedule and minute internal meetings · Ensure all tracking documents, applications and databases are accurately maintained and kept up to date
• Assist in research and creation of presentations to inform and deliver to wider teams and stakeholders
• Coordinate administrative and licensing requirements
• Ensure quality check/consistency before publishing
• Ensure regular data backups, consolidated data organization and archiving
Experience and Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience within a Games/VFX/Archviz studio, network or high-volume production company
• Excellent communication and leadership qualities
• High proficiency in spoken and written English
• Ability to communicate and work with teams in different time zones
• Familiarity with graphics and games
• Familiarity with task tracking and management tools
• Knowledge of VFX and Tools would be helpful
• Strong organizational and creative problem-solving skills with a proactive mentality
• Working knowledge of Slack, Google Docs, Asana and any 3D/2D software is helpful
