Then this role as a Senior Pricing Manager at Kalmar could be your next step in your career!
In this role you will have the privilege of being responsible for managing the initiative to develop and implement an end to end pricing process. The pricing function will support the executive business leaders by further integrating our robust price performance reporting in the company's financial management and in the bonus/incentive criteria for commercial managers.
The location of this position is Ljungby, Sweden and you will report to the Head of Product line.
Main tasks and responsibilities
In this role you will be responsible for the pricing within the counterbalanced division as well as setting up a common process and tools to be utilized in the entire Kalmar business area.
As a senior price manager you will be responsible for Coordinates with business stakeholders and manages stakeholders from other functions during the execution. You will manage planning, progress and deliverables and coordinate the resources to execute all activities. Actively shapes the goals of the projects and creates profit improvement opportunities for the business.
You will be our pricing expert with experience in advising and making pricing decisions in businesses, well aware of different areas of the price management discipline with good knowledge of pricing literature.
You will lead, develop and maintain the strategic pricing process for equipment; including formulate and manage E2E process. The scope will include pricing for products, options, freights and other related cost elements. You will also:
Set and maintain data structure
Build and maintain standardised toolbox and development roadmap.
Be responsible for the annual price review
Develop price structure
Analyse market prices with sales regions and analyse alignment of current prices
Develop proposals for new equipment prices.

What you'll need to succeed
Master degree (commercial or engineering) or equivalent experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant business / product experience
Experience in working with pricing methodology strategy within OEM business or similar type of task
Analytics and business modelling experience
Shown matrix management skills.

You are excellent in communication, negotiation and stakeholder management.
