We want to internationalize our successful business to new markets and therefore we are looking for a Senior Operations Manager (m/f) based in Stockholm.
Your tasks:
• You work closely with our bus partners and develop long-lasting relationships
• You are the main link to our bus partners, support them in all relevant matters, and train the drivers in conduct, communication and our brand image
• You self-dependently set up and steer shops (local service and sales offices) at suitable locations and manage our staff
• You ensure and optimize the quality standards of our operations and coordinate the processes at our bus stations
Essential requirements:
Your profile:
• Excellent Master's degree in the fields of leisure and tourism, transportation, Business, Economics, or related fields of study
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience
• Staff planning, coordination and leadership experience is an advantage, so is previous experience in the transportation or tourism industry
• Experience in partner management a plus
• High motivation for achievement and the necessary entrepreneurial drive to develop our business with us
• Self-reliance, reliability, and conscientiousness
• Native in Swedish and fluent in English and/or German, as well as any other European language is a plus
