LeanNova is an engineering service company, situated in Trollhättan, Gothenburg, Shanghai and England, created by engineers from former Saab Automobile AB. Since the start in February 2012, the company has grown rapidly and today we employ more than 200 experienced engineers with an average OEM experience of more than 15 years. We specialise in complex assignments and offer our customers excellence in development and integration of systems and attributes for complete vehicles.
Position description
At LeanNova we work close together over different areas of expertise, to create excellent deliveries to our customers. Our aim is always to work inhouse in cross functional teams with turnkey projects. We focus on CAE driven development and as a CAE engineer you will play a central role in development and validation.
Now we need to strengthen our team in Trollhättan with a Senior CAE engineer for complete vehicle NVH. You will work in close cooperation with senior integration and test engineers within NVH.
In this position you must have knowledge and experience from complete vehicle NVH simulations. You must be able to independently build and assemble a complete vehicle model for NVH analysis. Interpretation of results from complete vehicle NVH analyses of powertrain noise and road noise is an important part of the job, to be able to propose improvements to the design. Depending on customer needs, system development regarding durability and NVH for body, chassis and interior can also be a part of the job.
You should have a good feeling for relevant structural requirements for different systems, and knowledge in regulations for different markets. As a team member you should be able to work independently but also to lead and supervise less experienced colleagues.
Skills & Requirements
• At least M.Sc degree in Mechanical, Structural or Physics Engineering, specialized in structural dynamics or acoustics
• At least 5 years work experience from complete vehicle CAE engineering in NVH development
• Fluent in English, written and spoken

• Focused on customer satisfaction, with sense of responsibility
• Desire to develop technical and personal skills with high level of motivation and a positive attitude
