The role
As Senior Manager Technology Lab you are department manager and accountable for the delivery and life cycle management of all WirelessCar's common services. The services range from end user services such as fleet management to enabler services such as cloud techniques to support and service monitoring. All services are integrated parts of our customer solutions and you will work in close corporation with all customer programs. To your help you have the core team of line managers, leads and solution architects, the full department of almost 100 people, 5 direct reports, and WirelessCar agile Way of Working.
Key responsibilities
• Ensure overall quality and performance according to agreed SLA
• Responsible for new development, roll-out and enhancements
• Recruit, coach and encourage employees to help them reach their objectives
• Responsible for leading the department's management team
• Accountable for the total cost in dialogue with the program managers
• Develop and maintain good relations with partners and suppliers
To be one of the WirelessCar team
As a senior manager you need to have the ability to work under demanding and changing conditions. You are innovative with a strong delivery focus and a business oriented attitude. You enjoy teamwork, contribute with team spirit and you like taking responsibility. You also have a strong interest in developing and building effective teams.
You have a university degree and experience as a senior leader from software engineering, agile development, service operation and process development. Further you have a high capacity to execute against set targets, good planning skills and are great when it comes to customer business knowledge.
Experience from the automotive industry or automotive connectivity will be regarded as positive.
