The Senior Manager Public Health for HemoCue is responsible for finding and growing new revenue streams and opportunities within the Public Health segment, as implemented by governments, nongovernmental and international aid organizations through leveraging partnerships and multi-channel opportunities. The position will play a key role in expanding HemoCue's reputation as a Thought Leader within our key healthcare focus areas, including Essential Diagnostics, Anemia, Diabetes, and Infection.
This position is part of the Sales located in Ängelholm and will be a hybrid position. At HemoCue, our vision is to do things easier, to do things better, and to do them right. You will be a part of the Public Health function and report to the Director Public Health and Commercial Excellence. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Map the structure, function, and funding of Regional, National or NGO driven Public Health programs in target geographies.
Create and implement plans to build solid relationships with additional key organizations and institutions, positioning HemoCue as preferred solution for POC diagnostics.
Provide support across functional, regional, and global teams to develop markets and increase revenue, drive standard work, process improvements and projects within function to ensure the capture of multi-channel opportunities.
Drive positive Price Variance in the Region
Drive and support prioritized commercial activities in the markets, including ensuring relevant leading KPIs are met.

The essential requirements of the job include:
University Degree in life Science, Engineering or Medical
5+ years' experience with sales of medical devices or diagnostic products

from global health care market
Able to travel on average 25% of the working time
Fluency in verbal and written English

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Proven experience implementing sales strategies and experience of working with different channels, direct and indirect.
An experienced user of basic IT systems (MS)
