Region NCE > Service Operations > Network, CS & MB
Plant Engineering is a part of Service NCE (Northern & Central Europe) and supports the organization in installing and servicing a great number of SCADA systems, controlling medium and large sized wind power plants. Our job is to turn a bunch of wind turbines into a power plant, according to contractual and regional requirements. Our customers can mainly be found among larger power supply companies and professional investors.
The Network, Cyber Security & MultiBrand department is a department signified in its hearty and humorous atmosphere and dedicated approach to work. Your colleagues are ambitious and very enjoyable to work with as they are excited about the renewable energy sector. Being part of this department will allow for you to be able to set the direction for future developments and working with a lot opportunities, where the aim is to be the Cyber Security and Network anchor for the NCE region over the next two years. Here we wish to be able to handle all inquiries from customers related to Cyber Security and Network.

As (Senior) Manager for the Network, Cyber Security & MultiBrand department you will be involved in a lot of interfacing across all of Vestas, with frequent collaboration with the entire Service organ, Construction, and Sales. In the Service organ of Vestas, your closest collaborators will be the other SCADA departments in Plant Engineering. This allows for you to be part of setting the direction for the future development and moving the services provided by the Network, Cyber Security & MultiBrand to the very top of the industry.
Responsibilities
As Senior Manager, Network, Cyber Security & MultiBrand, you can expect that the following will be your key responsibilities:
Grow with scale of our business while setting standards on process and governance/improvements
Facilitate continuous improvement via process improvement and oversight
Develop project and performance strategies and goals that reduce down-time and maximize productivity
Support internal stakeholder commitments to Construction, Service and Sales
Demonstrate ability to optimize resources, as well as perform risk/benefit analysis
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who will be able to step into either a Manager or Senior Manager position. The determining factor for this will be your experience with people leadership:
Prior experience in people management, developing teams, deploying and managing projects
Good cultural understanding and international working experience
5+ years of working experience in Network or Cyber Security Environment
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Information Technology, Computer Science or other relevant technologies
Good communication skills in English

Additional information
Location: Aarhus N or Videbæk, Denmark; Vienna, Austria; Hamburg or Berlin, Germany; Malmö, Sweden.
Travel: Maximum 30 days per year.
