The role of Investor Relations is to communicate the financial performance and strategy of Volvo Cars externally and internally, as well as maintaining relations with our external financial partners. Working with Investor Relations at Volvo Cars represents a unique opportunity to work in an international and dynamic environment and being part of developing the department towards its best-in-class goal.
As Senior Investor Relations Manager, you will be working with external stakeholders around our financials, business and strategy. You will spend a lot of time within projects. In this key position, you will lead the company's engagement with the debt market, for example liaising with credit analysts and ratings agencies, debt investor targeting, issuances and roadshows.
We are looking for someone who wants to become part of an iconic global brand, in which you will both broaden your career horizons and enhance your skillset. Someone who is driven and wants to learn new things - who is a self-starter, who can work independently but also is a team player. Someone who likes fast paced environments and feels comfortable in a high visibility role within a complex organization.
A background within Investor Relations, as a credit/ financial analyst, or DCM background as well as experience from controlling or finance functions would be an asset. You have a high level of financial acumen as well as excellent communication skills, possess strong people skills and are able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Required qualifications
* University degree (Bachelor or higher)
* Fluent in English (spoken and written)
* 5-10 years' experience from working with capital markets
