The Crew & Ops Management Implementation department is responsible for the client specific configuration and delivery of our Crew and Ops management products to the airlines of the world, managing and optimizing their crews and aircraft. We are responsible for all phases of the delivery projects from project preparations up until going live and handing over to the customer. We are a global organization of ~140 employees and ~40 contractors. The main hub is in Gothenburg and other major offices in Montreal and Singapore, minor offices in NYC, Denver and Bangalore. We see a large growth in delivery projects the coming years and are expanding the delivery capacity.
Your profile
• You have passion for leading people who deliver IT solutions to external Customers. You have experience in developing organizations and change management with a focus on continuous improvement. You have a broad working experience with employees and customers from different cultures and are able to adopt your communication and management style to the situation and the audience.
• Delivering value to customers is a natural focus for you and you are used to managing customer expectations effectively. Your skills are characterized by an ability to solve problems and see structures, you never settle and are comfortable with change.
• To succeed in this role, we want you to have university degree in Engineering and Management or equivalent and at least 10 years' experience of working in the IT Industry in leadership positions. You have more than 10 years of experience from delivering Customer projects.
