Job Description
We are strengthening our energy sector management consulting services and are looking for an experienced management consultant to be part of our team. The focus of the role is on key services in the area of transaction services (energy and infrastructure). Working here you will have the opportunity to contribute to the energy transition by supporting private and public organizations in the transition towards more flexible, sustainable and interconnected energy system.
Your responsibilities
Leading international teams of consultants and executing large-scale due diligence projects in energy and infrastructure sectors
Working on other management consulting assignments (strategic advice, market analysis and regulation, operational excellence and digitalisation, and sustainability services)
Developing complex quantitative and qualitative analyses and leading subject workstreams (commercial or technical) comprising of other consultants, analysts and subject matter experts
Building long-term, trust-based relationships within the company
Contributing to development of our offerings and tools; in particular helping to further develop the transaction service offering
Supporting the growth of the transaction service team and coaching our consultants

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be a individual with previous transaction service experience who is passionate about playing a crucial role in advising clients in transaction projects across the energy and infrastructure sectors. Except for the requirements below, we carefully consider your interpersonal skills. As a successful management consultant at AFRY, you probably have strong analytic skills and are used to produce high-quality results within deadlines and budget. It is also equally important to be a team player and contribute to a positive team culture.
Requirement profile
Minimum 4 years of experience from commercial due diligence work. Experience from technical or environmental due diligence is advantageous
Work experience within the energy or infrastructure field, or other highly regulated sectors such as finance or pharmaceuticals
MSc or MBA within a relevant field, such as finance or engineering
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional fluency in English (orally and written) is a must. Swedish and other language skills are advantageous
