The department which provide specialist open care to patient with severe COPD has already been acknowledged nationally and internationally for its systematic and person centered inter-professional approach with integrated care plans.
Titel: Senior Lecturer in Pulmonary medicine associated with position as specialist/consultant in Respiratory medicine at Sahlgrenska University Hospital
Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter: SUBJECT AREA DESCRIPTION: Pulmonary Medicine, with special focus on COPD and COPD with comorbidities JOB ASSIGNMENTS:The position is a leading role in the department research and PhD education with focus on clinical research regarding COPD and COPD with comorbidities. The position includes teaching students and supplementary teaching of physicians and other health care professionals in Region Västra Götaland. Clinical service is included as well as administrative and management assignments.
Beskrivning av kvalifikationer: ELIGIBILITY: The qualifications for academic positions are given in Chapter 4, Section 3 - 4 of the Higher Education Ordinance. PhD degree, demonstrated pedagogical skills and qualification as licensed physician, with special competence in Internal and Pulmonary Medicine. ASSESSMENT: First assessment criterion is scientific skills combined with clinical competence. Second assessment criterion is pedagogic and administrative skills. Leaderships potential is a desired and good ability to collaborate is important. International experience is a merit.
