What you'll do
The Senior Leadership Expert will be part of a dedicated team, that is responsible for developing and delivering global leadership development offerings that empower Volvo Cars' leaders to become true role models of our corporate culture and leadership competencies. As our Leadership Expert you will be responsible for leadership development programs and deliver training in these for different groups of leaders. You will also provide consultation on organizational leadership questions and coach Volvo Cars leaders in line with our organizational strategic goals.
Part of your deliveries will be to continuously analyze organizational leadership competency/skill gaps and create solutions to address them. You will Inspire leaders at larger presentations and interactions, facilitate the dialogue on how to lead and act in line with the Volvo Cars aspired leadership and business goals.
Further you will proactively create, and work with, global networks and stakeholders in the organization to ensure for the effective global roll-out and execution of Volvo Cars leadership development framework across all regions. You will lead projects to develop and deliver leadership programs in line with corporate guidelines and needs as well as aid in driving the assessment and development of leaders in the organization. In this role you will coach and mentor current and potential leaders in the organization.
What you'll bring
We are looking for a Senior Leadership Expert who is passionate about leadership and learning, with the ability to quickly inspire confidence in a group with your facilitation style. You are also business and customer-oriented with a global mindset - driving results as well as handling unexpected and conflictual situations. As a person you are communicative, strategic, collaborative and great in building networks as well as collaborates with different stakeholders.
More Required Skills
• Has a university degree in social science, psychology, or relevant work experience.
• Is on top of the latest research in the field and curious to continuously find ways to meet demands in the changing environment.
• Is digitally savvy and has experience in developing online learning programs.
• Managerial experience is a merit while proficiency in English is a must.
