FindCourses PRO AB are a part of EMG who is a sales driven company that works towards our vision of helping everyone in the world to find the right education. FindCourses PRO provide companies with customized training portals where they get help throughout the whole process from search/compare training to the actual booking and the payment of the training. It is a global solution and at the moment we are present in: The Nordics, France, Germany, Canada, and the United States.

This year FindCourses PRO will have a gross revenue of 45 MSEK and we are aiming to double this number during the upcoming year. The position
A Senior Key Account Manager at EMG is an energetic, enthusiastic, independent and dedicated person with the responsibility to lead and develop sales and relationships with our biggest and most important customers and prospects. The role requires great consultative selling skills, be used to work with the whole process in sales from prospecting to closing the deal, developing existing customer relationships, experience in driving sales towards large multinational companies and the ability to create maximum results in this market. The team is based in Stockholm and travel to Europe and USA for client meetings a few days per year is required.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop sales independently

• Reaching sales goals

• New business and key account management

• Work closely with the Business Unit Manager to strengthen the business and to develop the sales strategies

• Contribute with business development and sales strategies

Who are we looking for?

• Proven track record in selling solution based services/systems to multinational companies

• Experience of long sales cycles

• Proven ability to consistently hit sales targets

• Used to take responsibility and work independently

• Meritorious if you have worked with public tenders

• Educated to a degree level

• Fluent in written and spoken Swedish and English
