Minimum Qualifications:
Relevant post secondary education and a minimum of 2-6 years work experience with systems development.
Extensive knowledge of Javascript and CSS
Excellent problem solving skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Extensive experience with using REST services from a JavaScript Application
Extra Merit Qualifications: Programming with Python and Scala. Experience from working with the Play framework. Experience with GIS, Geographical Data and Toolkits such as JTS, ArcGIS, QGIS, OpenJump etc.
