Senior Java Developer

IS Tools AB is a Swedish IT Product Company based in Stockholm. Our main product is the innovative IS Tools - an adaptive platform for building information system solutions. More than 30 000 users in 40 countries worldwide depend on IS Tools to conduct their daily business.
IS Tools empowers organizations to do business their way and can easily and quickly be modeled and configured according to the specific business processes of the customer. A typical time-to-productive system is 2-4 weeks and future changes are even more rapidly and easily implemented on-line without system and user downtime.
We are growing rapidly and are happy to announce that we will increase our Development & Operations work force.
As a part of our Development & Operations Department, you will effectively communicate design decisions, mentor and guide intermediate and junior developers. You will have a demonstrable track record in the full software development lifecycle and are willing to help others learn new processes and methodologies. You will perform analysis, design, development, and testing for creating high quality software.
We highly value people who have good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people with different levels of knowledge, cultures and positions. Our customers are based all over the world and we also have an international mix internally why you must be able to communicate in English.

Required skills:
• 7+ years of Java software engineering development
experience, with a focus on server-side technologies
• Experience with database design and SQL data modeling skills in Oracle
• Excellent Hibernate and Spring experience and knowledge
• JBoss
• JMS
Preferred skills:
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS)
• Ability to acquire and master new and complex technical skills
• Full life-cycle development in an agile environment.
