We are looking to fill one position in Stockholm and one in Helsinki.
The position we offer
As a Senior IT Operational Quality Specialist you will be driving maturity and improvements in our operational processes for Application Maintenance, as well as our technology stack. You will be part of building up a new organization, covering Operations.
You will be working with our two largest IT divisions - Transaction Banking IT and Retail Banking IT - responsible for multiple large applications in Nordea, such as Netbank, Payment systems, Cards, Branch and contact centres, and credit and risk.
In overview your responsibilities will include:
• Implement Application Maintenance disciplines across an Application Development area of approximately 2.000 people, which means:
• Incidents process.
• Problem process.
• Change processes.
• Service level and configuration management process.
• Generic Application Maintenance disciplines such as processes for road maps and cost control are also in scope.
The entire team is a cross functional support unit for Transaction Banking and Retail Banking, which is being built to become a unit of ~100 dedicated colleagues in total.
The qualifications you need
If you are good at navigating in a complex environment, both political and organisational, and are motivated by challenge, you might be the candidate we are looking for. Result orientation is a key, and this is a position where you can excel in producing results.
If you have experience with cross functional process support and/or service management organizations, it will be considered as a clear advantage.
Furthermore, we expect that you:

• Have a personal drive towards resolution and result.
