You have strong competence within Interior design and store planning. You have a passion for trends and an ability to apply it in a retail environment, you understand and see the shopping experience, and the integral part you will play in it. As an Interior Design Specialist your main task is to design outstanding home furnishing solutions, on a yearly basis to stimulate life at home interest in our visitors and potential customers.
You thrive in a high paced retail environment, you're positive to quick changes and can pinpoint small changes that make huge impacts. You work well with parallel projects and multiple deadlines.
If you have an ability to communicate your ideas and visions to others, while still working independently in a flexible and inspirational way that aligns with IKEA's values and mission, you might be the one we are looking for. You constantly work to improve and challenge our ways of working in order to develop our store solutions and ambition to strengthen the IKEA brand to the future.
