We are a Product oriented startup with solid financial support that want to take a lead in connected Wearable and the connected Home area. We will provide both Products but also Solutions to our customers with the target to simplify life and give the consumers the information that really makes a difference for them.
Now we are forming the in house design department within Anima and we are looking for 2 talented and motivated Senior Designers based in Malmö, Sweden.
Note that we are hiring for two different disciplines.
In addition to proven outstanding design skills, all candidates must possess strong personal motivation, outstanding interpersonal ability, and leadership in cross functional teams.
This position is multi-disciplinary - the desire to and ability to seamlessly work with other Design functions Industrial Design, Color & Material Design, Human Interface Design is critical. Furthermore you need to have to possess a genuine interest and the ability to work closely with our experienced team of engineers, in order to deliver outstanding products in regards to both quality and design. Experience from the watch industry is a plus.
This position includes the following responsibilities:
Develop Industrial Design / Color & Material from concept to finished product.
Execute all aspects of production details associated with new Design concepts.
Present and communicate design concepts to a wide audience, collaborate with other design disciplines, marketing and vendors to ensure market success.
Trend analysis and forecasting for regional and global markets Give direction and work closely with outside suppliers/vendors.
Industrial Design / Color & Material Design candidates must possess the following:
• Bachelor degree in Design, Art or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant design work experience.
• Excellent skills in *3D programs, InDesign, Keyshot, Photoshop, Illustrator, Powerpoint etc.
• Profound knowledge in Industrial Design / Color and material with regards to method, production and processes.
• Ability to comprehend and summarize Design trends from a variety of sources.
• Proven presentation skills is a must.
