Furthermore, the person will provide human resources and administration support for the whole team.
You will be expected to use the latest tools and techniques to attract the very best talent to join Music. The approach to recruitment will cover direct advertising (via the website, third party sites, etc.), approaches via different social media like Facebook, LinkedIn, and using creative and out-of-the-box sourcing methodologies.
Your Responsibilities
• You are expected to maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information
• You will be a part of the local management team
• You will be keeping yourself abreast of local, federal and state regulations and maintain compliance
• You will ensure relevant reports are completed as required for the local and global teams
• You will search market for suitable candidates proactively and Identify suitable recruitment channel for company
• You will engage in local employer branding activities and drive local recruitment campaigns
Your Skills
• You have excellent prioritization and organizational skills and outstanding attention to detail
• You have vast experience in handling administrative and human resources function in a multicultural environment
• You are proactive, flexible and self-reliant individual with a can-do attitude and problem solving ability
• You are highly proficient with HR systems
• You have a clear understanding of current local legislation and best practices
• You are a team player with positive and flexible approach towards work
