We want to internationalize our successful business to new markets and therefore we are looking for a Senior Human Resource Manager (m/f) based in Stockholm.
• Your tasks:
• You are in charge of all strategic and operative HR projects on an international level with an emphasis on the needs and the development of the Swedish team
• You convince and recruit the most promising candidates in our target markets to join our successful venture
• You are responsible for the entire recruitment process, starting from the announcements of job ads to the on-boarding process of new employees including interviews
• You are responsible for HR projects as well as conceptual topics
• You advise and support executives regarding all HR matters and act competently, discreetly, reliably, and are trustworthy
• You develop employer branding activities and represent our company in job fairs at universities or other recruitment events
Essential requirements:
Your profile:
• Excellent Master's degree in economics, (business) law or social sciences with a focus on HR
• Several years of experience in international recruitment and human resources management, ideally in start-ups or a dynamic company (strategy consulting, digital business, etc.)
• You already worked in a HR position in the Swedish market
• Activities outside your academic background show us that you are ready to take the responsibility and work internationally
• Your work style is proactive, you are committed, team oriented and follow an accurate and structured way of thinking
• You are highly motivated, assertive and passionate about achieving your goals
• Native in Swedish and fluent in English and/or German, as well as any other European language is a plus
