Right now, we are actively looking for a highly skilled Head of Head of Strategy, Architecture and Design.
In this role, you will be responsible for understanding and leading the business strategy, objectives and priorities and will bring that in to an IT strategy and an architecture roadmap. This position has two key areas of focus. On the one hand, you will be creating and maintaining the major architectures and frameworks from business processes, data and IT landscapes. That means, ensuring there is an appropriate alignment/reuse of solutions for the business and aligning the process with other units within E.ON Business Services. On the other hand, you will lead and develop a senior architecture team (internal and external) to deliver the highest standards in alignment with business strategy and IT services; with a focus on professionalism, competence and performance.
Across all of this, you will need to work closely with suppliers, partners and IT market to ensure that the IT environment and services in place fit for today?s needs and also future?s needs. Your role will be to identify that new technologies are in the right department and that they are understood by everyone.
As the Head of Strategy, Architecture and Design, your will act as an Ambassador for IT and EBS; you will build good relationship with internal and external stakeholders, you build the future IT architecture roadmap based on challenging business requirements. It?s a complex, highly autonomous role and excellent communication skills are vital, as is the ability to provide regular, comprehensive reports on each project.
Requirements:
University degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or equivalent professional qualification
At least 5 years of professional IT or Business experience and at least 2 of them in a manager/ leader position
International Management experience
Ability to work and manage internal and external stakeholders
You are fluent in English, Swedish would be an asset
Personal skills
As a person you have excellent communication skills at all levels and you enjoy launching new projects.
You are able to communicate major projects and change to your team and board members. You have the ability to take a big picture in every situation, and share this. You have both leadership and technical skills.
